A picture is worth a thousand words. At Green Door Designs we understand that first impressions are a powerful tool in getting your listing sold quickly and for top dollar. We strive to ensure that your listing generates maximum showings with eye catching photos and that once inside, potential buyers are even further impressed. We help buyers see where the sofa will go, how much space there is for a dining table, etc. Essentially, we help them see how they would live in the home. We use items owned by the homeowners whenever possible to cut down on any unnecessary rental costs and provide a feeling of authenticity to the home. Our fee includes an initial visit to the home to be staged, one day of staging and destaging once house has sold firm. We do not charge an additional fee for the use of our lifestyle items such as plants, books, decorative accents, etc. Any rental items and delivery charges will be an additional cost.
