So many decisions, so little time. Renovating a home is a huge undertaking with many, many decisions to be made. We can help relieve some of the pressure by working with your team as well as the homeowner, to select the materials required to complete the job. We can gathering the building samples needed and present to the homeowner, freeing you up to do the construction. We will ensure that all design elements work together to give the best results possible.

• Selection of flooring, tile and any other building material
• Selection of paint colours
• Selection of cabinet handles, door knobs and other finishing touches
• Creation of lighting plan
• Creation of a custom millwork plan

A picture is worth a thousand words. If you are photographing your completed renovation, the proper styling can make the most of your hard work, not to mention your advertising dollars. Details matter and we ensure that the home is showcased in the best possible way. We have an inventory of lifestyle items that we use to highlight the room being photographed, which is included in our fee. We will style the room, work with the photographer during the shoot to adjust items if needed, and remove all items once the photography session has ended.
